Postage & Packing costs are detailed on the Online Shoppage. A signature is required on all deliveries.
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery although we will endeavour to have your order to you as soon as possible.
Should there be any delay with availability or the dispatch of your order you will be contacted within 48 hours.

Alternatively, why not “click and collect”. Enjoy shopping from home and then pop in to see us to pick up all your goods, already packaged for you (you could even have a little cup of coffee while you are here!). We will confirm by text or e-mail when your goods are ready for collection. Please bring your order number and ID with you when you come in.
We are confident you will be delighted with all your purchases from The Storehouse. However, should you be unhappy with any item please return it to us, as new, within 7 days and we will arrange for an exchange or refund. I’m sorry, but we cannot refund your delivery costs.
If any item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange an exchange. If you fail to contact us within the 7 days we will have no liability for items said to be damaged or faulty on delivery.
We regret that unless faulty, earrings cannot be returned.
